Panchayat- Story Line
The story of Phulera
Gram Panchayat of Ballia district of Uttar Pradesh is shown in the web
series. Abhishek Tripathi (Jitendra Kumar) is fresh new by joining the post of
Secretary in Panchayat Office.
The
educated boy of the city, who dreams of pursuing his MBA (NAT), gets caught in the tales and problems of the
village. He is surprised that what kind of problems are faced in the village
even today.
The core
of the web series is the story of the village headman, Manju Devi. Those who
contested the panchayat elections, but the pradhan is not her principal husband
is Brij Bhushan Dubey (Raghubir Yadav). Not officially but Brij Bhushan is the
head of the village. He participates in everything from office to village.
His wife
Manju Devi does all the household chores from the homegrown stove to the chulha
but has nothing to do with the chieftain. In such a village, Abhishek Tripathi
has come with great aspirations for the post of secretary.
Abhishek
does not mind in the village and in the works of the village, he is very
irritated on the small things but despite not wanting the problems of the
village, he shows a small way. But in the end the web series ends with many
